Between his teaching style, his knowledge, his tools and his passion for multi-family real estate, by the end of October, I made my first offer on a 39-unit complex and in a weekend raised over $300k. It has only gotten better since then.

Mike, the founder and CEO of Titanium Capital Investments, he and his team have acquired $6MM in assets in the last 12 months. In 2021 Mike was able to raise $6MM in 6 months and was on track to acquire over $20MM in real estate in the next 12 months.
